3. How much will it cost to avail your services?
It is the company’s practice not to assume all customers are alike, and simply publish the prices in the website. Our primary focus is to listen to each and every customer. Our customers are, in fact, in control. We offer an array of customized services. For optimal service, we would like to access first the client’s unique requirements before giving a quote. It is only fair our customers are fully informed on what is currently available. Having saaid this, we would like to let you know that the minimum service duration for regular cleaning is only two hours.

5. Do you provide all the supplies and equipment?
To make our services highly customized and match with your preferences, we would be glad to use clients’ own supplies and equipment, such as vacuum, mop, broom, bucket etc.
As for the case of high pressure cleaning, we understand that an ordinary household does not need to provide the pressure washer, so we will use our own.
Our aim is to make your home services experience as smooth as possible. After all, your time is valuable. Our professionals are trained to use the latest equipment and techniques to complete the work at hand.
6. Are your supplies and cleaning processes environmental friendly?
Yes. One of our Corporate Social Responsibility is to preserve the environment by using cleaning agents free from harmful chemicals and as organic as possible. Our specialized cleaning techniques will surely not cause any harm to the environment, in fact, it can even help promote green living in your family home.
7. Do I get the same professional on every visit?
Since we offer customized set of services, it is your freedom to decide if you prefer the same professional or try another one – when schedule permits.
8. Do I need to get anything done before your worker arrives?
No. We will do the entire job. However, we request you to be responsible in keeping away your kids, pets and other things that might hinder the cleaning service from the area to be serviced.
9. Are you fully insured (damages, accidents, …)?
We understand that, in performing our services, hazards can happen. We do take our customers’ home very seriously. Alas, we have tools in place for total customer protection and peace of mind.
In addition to our written Guarantee, we ensure total and complete transparency in our dealings with each and every customers’ needs.
Our Key Custodian Form is our customers’ protection insurance tool that makes Emilia’s Home & Pet responsible for the customer’s keys issue, loss and replacement.
